Scope of Services

  • Weekly QA testing on iPhone (Safari/Chrome), Android (Chrome), Windows PC (Chrome/Edge), and MacBook (Safari/Chrome).
  • Fix design or functional issues on existing site elements.
  • Create new page/section/module within existing Shopify theme or WordPress site.
  • Coordinate with third‑party vendors during integrations/onboarding (apps, payments, shipping, LMS, etc.).
  • Light analytics sanity (GA4/Meta pixel presence and basic events), content updates, menu/metafield tweaks.

Note: Full custom app/plugin development, complete theme rebuilds, large migrations, or headless architectures are out of scope and quoted separately.

Rollover Policy

  • Unused hours roll over to the next month.
  • Bank cap: up to 1× the plan’s monthly hours.
  • Expiry: banked hours expire after 60 days.
  • Cancellation/Pause: banked hours void upon plan cancellation.

Workflow & Reporting

  • Task intake via shared board/email; weekly priorities (Top 3 tasks + ETA).
  • Time tracking with weekly summaries; monthly report & invoice.
  • Comms: Slack/WhatsApp, plus one monthly strategy call (15–30 min). Longer calls count toward hours.

Billing & Taxes

  • Hourly rate: ₹1,000 (India) / $15 (International).
  • Professional Tax (India): 10% added to invoices.
  • Invoices issued monthly in advance; payment due within 7 days.

Terms

  • Availability: Business hours IST; emergency window by add‑on.
  • Change Requests: Tracked in the task board; estimates provided for out-of-scope items.
  • Confidentiality: Mutual NDA implied; credentials stored securely.
  • IP: Client owns work product upon full payment (excluding third‑party licenses).
  • Termination: Either party with 14‑day notice; unused prepaid hours refunded minus completed work.
